Downloading earlier version of ifort

I need to download a previous version of ifort, preferably 16.0.2.181. I currently have the 2021 version of the HPC package. I followed this tutorial: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/troubleshooting/older-version-product.html

However, my license doesn't show up for in the registration center. 

Any thoughts on what to do would be helpful!

To access versions older than the 2018 release please file a support ticket in Intel Priority Support and state the version you are looking for and a Priority support agent can push that older unsupported version to you via your commercial support account. Please note this forum is Intel community support.
