Error code 6 when installing Sampling driver for Intel Vtune profiler

I have tried Installing sampling driver of Intel Vtune Profiler however I am encountering error code"6" while installing .

My OS version: Windows 11 version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.3296)
VTune version 2024.1.0.595

After disable Windows Defender Real-time Virus Protection and Windows Defender ,issue still happen.

I see the same issue on 23H2, although it does not prevent me from running analysis types such as hardware-based hotspots with stack collection. I'll do more investigation.

This is a known issue with Windows 11 23H2. VTune will still work with the sep and other drivers, but you will see a message about LBR-based stack type that has a depth limitation when running hardware-based sampling analyses (such as hotspots) with stack collection enabled. This problem will be fixed in the next release.
