Error during installation process of OneApi Base kit

Hello 

I had installed in the past other versions of Parallel Studio XE and Visual Studio but I have uninstalled all of them now. I have Windows 10 and I have installed now the Visual Studio 2019 (16.11.26). 

I try to install The oneApi Base kit with the online package. 

But I have an error below (I have attached a screenshot). 

An error has been encountered during the installation process. Detailed installation log files are located under 'C:\Users\...

I attatch also the log file. 

Can someone help me?

Hi Vlasis, could you download the full installer and proceed with the installation? Please note that a full installer is much more stable than a online installer which may fail.
