Error installing Intel Fortran (active product or graph is null)

Hello, I am trying to install the toolkit for intel fortran compiler using the GUI installer w_fortran-compiler_p_2024.2.1.81.exe.

I would like to integrate with VisualStudio 2022 on windows 11.

I ran the installer, and I am getting an error with the exit code during the installation.

The installer log gave me this information.

09/18/2024 08:26:07:438 : 40032 : WARNING : GetInstallationLocation from installer engine has thrown an exception: <Installer>: Cannot get active product's graph: active product or graph is null.

Does anyone know how to tackle this error?
