Error installing oneAPI Base Toolkit

Hi, I am trying to install the one API Base Toolkit, but I get the following warning:

WARNING : GetInstallationLocation from installer engine has thrown an exception: <Installer>: Cannot get active product's graph: active product or graph is null.

 

Does anyone know why this problem occurs?

Hi Hugo, could you please share the below details with us?

 

  • ⁠Exact version of Intel® oneAPI Base toolkit.
  • Version of Microsoft Visual Studio installed along with its build version.
  • OS build on which you are installing the product.
  • Other versions of Intel® Parallel Studio XE or Intel® oneAPI already installed on the system.
  • ⁠A screenshot of the error message you are encountering. 
  • Is the installer an online or an offline package?
  • Installation Log files.
    • The default path for a log file for a oneAPI installation is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\oneAPI\logs 

 

Any additional context you can provide will help us assist you more effectively.
