Error with registration for purchased product with product key

Hi, 

 My company purchased the Intel oneAPI Base & HPC Toolkit(Single-Node) product  and I am trying to register the product with the product key to receive all the benefits of registration but I get the following error message :

This entitlement is associated with another account.

My account should have been the only one authorized for this entitlement. So I am not sure on whose account this is registered.

Kindly let me know how to proceed for the registration or contact me directly to address this and progress with the registration.
