Error with the installation of oneAPI Basekit 2024.2.1 on Windows 10

Hi everyone! Priviously, I've installed visual studio 2022 ver 17.11.5 on the Windows 10 64-bit system, but I failed to install oneAPI Basekit 2024.2.1.101 in both online and offline way. When I double-click the installation package w_BaseKit_p_2024.2.1.101_offline.exe, it prompts me that the C:\WINDOWS\System32\vrvsc_cHook.dll is not running on the specified Windows, with an error status of 0xc0000428. Then the installation stopped. To solve this problem, I posted a message in this communit. Soon I got a response and the professional advised me to uninstall Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 (Version: 17.11.5) and install an older version Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 (Version: 17.9.2). I followed these steps and successfully install Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 (Version: 17.9.2), but the installation of oneAPI Basekit 2024.2.1.101 still reported the same error. I wonder if my version of Windows system is too old. Because I did have a message when I installed VS2022 which notices me that the system was incompatible. The specific version number is Windows 10.0 18363. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi Yanhui, Intel® has decided that Intel® oneAPI Toolkits Versions: 2024.2.1 and earlier are not supported anymore. We urge users to upgrade to the latest version of Intel® developer tools. The unsupported versions do not include the latest functional and security updates. These versions are targeted to be removed after a period. For more information refer to the link:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/release-notes/oneapi-supported-product-versions.htm, and scroll down to the Unsupported Product Versions.

We would like to inform you that perform a clean uninstallation of Visual Studio and Intel® oneAPI 2024.2.1, then install Visual Studio 2022 17.9.2 and latest version of Intel® oneAPI release (offline installer).

Make sure you select the Desktop Development with C++ while installing the Visual Studio.
