Fail to reply answers

Hello! I can only post questions and see other users' relplies,but I can't reply back and fail to click accept as solution even if my problems have been solved with the kindly offered advice.I've also tried different browsers and I think they should support Javascript.I would really appreciate it if soneone could help me with this!

Hi Siqi,


Thanks for posting your concern on the forum. We have checked your account thoroughly and it seems perfectly fine.


Kindly select a browser and check the 'Setting' to make sure if the 'default' (i.e. for all) and 'specific site' settings (i.e. for the forum, if available there) on the browser, allows sites to use JavaScript. You would generally find it in the sub-category for 'Privacy and Security' under the 'Settings'.


Thereafter, please try clearing your cookies, cache & system temporary files before visiting the forum or try visiting it via the Incognito Tab of your browser.
