Failed to install VTune

I failed to install VTune on my Windows 10 PC. I have tried serveral times but all failed.

There are Visual Studio 2017 and 2022 on my PC, both with "Desktop development with C++".

Hi Alpaca, could you please share the below details for further investigation: 

• Is the installer an online or an offline package?  
• Version of Microsoft Visual Studio installed along with it's build version  
• Other versions of Intel® Parallel Studio XE or Intel® oneAPI already installed on the system
