Floating 5 user licenses

We are having 5 user floating fortran composer license for windows .

Motherboard of the System where licenses was installed got faulty and replaced with new one. After this floating licenses stopped working.

When we went to our account on intel website, we are not finding the licenses there. 

Please help us on getting the licenses.

We have started a post and we find that this has been closed without solving the issue.
