My company bought a licence for Intel® oneAPI Base & HPC Toolkit (floatting licence). We bought it to a provider (I will give the name in private message if needed).
But we have a problem since the registration of this licence. It should be a floatting licence but on your site it is a single node / concurrent licence, not a floatting one. Thus, your website is forbiding me to download the licence manager package at https://registrationcenter.intel.com/en/products/, as explained in the procedure https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/articles/change--serverhost-data-node-locked-or-floating-license.html.
The provider of the licence has confirmed to us that they had sold us a floatting licence. They told us to contact you through this link to solve the problem. Could you help us ?
