Getting license for intel system debugger.

Please let me know if this is not a proper forum for license requests. 

Does anyone know how to download the Intel® System Debugger IDE? I am a graduate student trying to learn BIOS security.

I tried to download the bring-up tools but it seems I need NDA. A field in the request form asks for "Intel representative " which I am unsure what to write. I understand from the context that this field requires an Intel employee but how to get in touch with them? in fact, is this license even obtainable on my own, or does the University need to get involved?

In order to use Intel System Debugger, you need NDA, target platform, and a probe for connection.

About the license, it is not obtainable on your own. The University will need NDA .

What is your use case, and do you have a target platform and a probe?
