How can I download 2022.2.0 version for the Intel oneAPI toolkits and its Runtime?

I have to download 2022.2.0 version of the Intel oneAPI Base & HPC toolkits and its Runtime.

I have purchased following license below, but the support period has been expired.

However, I'm not able to access the download link from Intel public website, even the license term guarantees perpetual use of the following product.

How can I download those software that I purchased?

* Product Name : Intel oneAPI Base & HPC Toolkit (Single-Node) - Workgroup-Up to 10 Developers Commercial (ESD)

- License Date : Feburary 22nd, 2022

- License Term : Perpetual

+ It seems that the 2024 version of Inte one API Base & HPC toolkits are available to download for anybody. Is there any legal issues if I use them with my co-workers for commercial?
