How can I download Intel oneAPI base toolkit v2023.0.0？

When I want to use Intel extension for Pytorch v1.13.10+xpu，the software requirements need Intel oneAPI base toolkit v2023.0.0.

But it's hard to download the older version.

And Intel oneAPI base toolkit v2024.0.0 is not suitable for Intel extension for Pytorch v1.13.10+xpu.

The older version of tools are unsupported and have been removed by Intel to download directly from the website, if you have a linux system you could still look for the older versions using apt and yum repos. 

Otherwise if you have priority support then you can open a support ticket for Intel to provide you those links based on  your support entitlement.
