How can I get ver.2021 of both base toolkit and hpc tookit ?

Hi. I'm compiling something that requires 2021 version of oneapi, including base and hpc toolkit. I've tried new version(2025) but didn't work. I've checked the link below and there it says I should ask for help. I'd be appreciated if someone is kind enough to offer a download link to 2021 version of base and hpc toolkit. Hi John,

We would like to inform you that Intel® oneAPI Base and HPC Toolkit(Version : 2021) is old & unsupported. Please note that the older versions of Intel® Toolkits are not available publicly, only the latest version Intel® Toolkits and other latest products are available for download and installation.

Intel® has decided to discontinue support for Intel® Toolkits (including all versions released in 2024 and earlier) are not supported anymore. We urge users to upgrade to the latest version of Intel® developer tools. The unsupported versions do not include the latest functional and security updates. These versions are targeted to be removed after a period. We understand that this might be challenging, but it's important to note that the users with active priority support can only access older product versions.
