I can't download intel-oneapi-base-toolkit

• Could you please let us know if you're trying to install both Intel® oneAPI Base Toolkit(Version : 2025.1) and Intel® HPC Toolkit(Version : 2025.1)?
• Exact versions of Microsoft Visual Studio installed, along with its build version?
• Other versions of Intel® Parallel Studio XE or Intel® oneAPI installed on the system?

Once we receive the details, we'll do our best to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

Thank you very much and i have solved the problem.It's my SogouInput that prevent me from downloading and installing your production and everything is OK after i uninstall SogouInput.
