The manufacturer provides the chipset software and the bios, not intel.
Contact the manufacturer for support.

Yes, but each system/motherboard manufacturer provides the chipset software specific to their board.
And, the bios belongs to the manufacturer, not intel.

a, I know that the bios is different but I mean if you have it for the Chipset because the chipset is Intel, I put the bios in parentheses (if possible)

Have you actually contacted the manufacturer and asked for their download site? If you have a link to the download site for your device from the manufacturer, provide the link.
If there is no download site, I would return the device and purchase something else from a reliable manufacturer.
