Install OpenIPC debug library failed

Hello

 

When installing oneAPI, I'm getting an error while OpenIPC debug library is installed. Can someone give me a hint? The last successful installed version was 2024.2406.

Hi Krieg, Could you please share the below details with us?

 

  • Version of Microsoft Visual Studio installed along with it's build version.
  • OS build on which you are installing the product.
  • Exact version of Intel® Toolkit with its build version.
  • Other versions of Intel® Parallel Studio XE or Intel® oneAPI already installed on the system.
  • Is the installer an online or an offline package? 
  • Screenshot of the error, if any.
  • Installation Log files. 
    • The default path for a log file for a oneAPI installation is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\oneAPI\logs

Thanks for your reply. I hope the forum is the right one. Support link directs me to this one.  I have only installed Intel System Debugger if this is relevant.

  • Version of Microsoft Visual Studio installed along with it's build version.
    Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2022 (64-Bit) - Current
    Version 17.9.6

  • OS build on which you are installing the product.
    Edition Windows 10 Pro (German)
    Version 22H2
    OS Build 19045.4412
    Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19056.1000.0

  • Exact version of Intel® Toolkit with its build version.
    Intel System Debugger NDA 2024.2418.0.77

  • Other versions of Intel® Parallel Studio XE or Intel® oneAPI already installed on the system.
    Intel System Debugger NDA 2024.2406.0.190 (uninstall doesn't make any difference)

  • Is the installer an online or an offline package? 
    It's an offline package

  • Screenshot of the error, if any.
    please see attachment

  • Installation Log files. 
    • The default path for a log file for a oneAPI installation is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\oneAPI\logs 
      I have zipped all log files saved in the directory stated in the error messqage. The directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\oneAPI\logs does not exist on my computer.
