Thanks for posting your concern. Kindly provide the below details:

• The operating system name and version
• Are you trying to install through a component binary package or Intel® oneAPI AI Analytics Toolkit package?
• What is the distribution (if mentioned) and installer type?
• Was the installation being done through GUI or CUI?

The above information would provide us a better understanding of the error. Looking forward to your findings.

I have the same error when trying to install the oneAPI base toolkit 2021.2.0-296.

There is an error in my case trying to install the Math Kernel Library

The log appears to be deleted also (see attached screenshot)
