Installation of Intel Fortran Compiler Classic 2023.1 on Windows 10 with VS2022 17.5.1 fails on a laptop where it previously worked with VS2019. I thought this was a resolved issue but it appears to be resurfacing on my laptop. I am attaching the log file and a screenshot of the error message. Any help would be appreciated.
Some notes:
1. Windows is up-to-date on the laptop.
2. VS2022 is up-to-date and working normally with other compilers.
3. VS2019 was completely removed with no traces on the C: drive or in the registry.
4. The Fortran installer used is w_fortran-compiler_p_2023.1.0.46351_offline.exe.
5. The runtime version w_ifort_runtime_p_2023.1.0.46319.exe is yet to be installed.
6. Desktop development with C++ is installed as part of VS2022.
