Installation error of Intel Fortran Compiler

I was unable to install the Intel Fortran compiler(2025,2024,2023 year version) , I first tried the offline install (Fortran only) and go the following error message:

I can't open the log file.

- Windows Version : Windows 11

The error is the same in both offline and online versions.
