Installing Intel Fortran on a new computer (offline environment)

I purchased the program in November 2015, registered it in the license center, and received the license file and used it on a system that is not connected to the internet.

I replaced the computer this time, but when I try to install with the existing license file, "The license file provided is invalid." It doesn't work, what should I do?
