Intel C++/Fortran 2019.3.203 Compiler for ANSYS 2020R2

I use the ANSYS 2020R2 and want to include UPFs for user-defined material models. The ANSYS help states for 2020R2 the requirement of

  • Intel C++ 2019.3.203 compiler and
  • Visual FORTRAN 2019.3.203 compiler.

I couldn't find this version of compiler to install on my computer. I aslo have the full professional version of ANSYS.

I have only found downloads for the most recent oneAPI Base + HPC Toolits which are not compatible with the prerequisite of this older release. Please let me know where can I find this version of compiler which is compatible with my ANSYS version.

Hi Mahzad,

We would like to inform you that Intel® Parallel Studio XE for C++ and Intel® Visual Fortran Compiler (version : 2019) is old & unsupported. Please note that the older versions of Intel® Toolkits are not available publicly, only the latest version Intel® Toolkits and other latest products are available for download and installation.

Intel® has decided to discontinue support for Intel® Toolkits (including all versions released in 2023 and earlier) are not supported anymore. We urge users to upgrade to the latest version of Intel® developer tools. The unsupported versions do not include the latest functional and security updates. These versions are targeted to be removed after a period. We understand that this might be challenging, but it's important to note that the users with active priority support can only access older product versions.

For more information refer to the link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/release-notes/oneapi-supported-product-versions.html, and scroll down to the Unsupported Product Version.

Intel® oneAPI users with active Intel Priority Support can access older versions via a secure portal you gain access to as part of your support subscription.
