Intel C++/Fortran 2019.3.203 Compiler for ANSYS 2020R2

I use the ANSYS 2020R2 and want to include UPFs for user-defined material models. The ANSYS help states for 2020R2 the requirement of

• Intel C++ 2019.3.203 compiler and
• Visual FORTRAN 2019.3.203 compiler.

Could you please confirm whether the latest version of the Intel® Toolkits is compatible with Intel® Visual Fortran Compiler (version 2019)? Specifically, I'd like to know if I can use the latest version to compile a material model for ANSYS 2020R2.

Additionally, could you provide information on the cost of Priority Support, including whether it provides access to older toolkit versions?
