Hello,
As my license for intel studio was definitely terminated, I was forced to try oneapi at last?
I tested the new compiler (part of oneapi 2024) but the execution times of our relatively simple image processing algorithms were much longer (e.g. 4 times). Tweaking with optimization or codegeneration options or using advisor did not help.
Therefore I would like to ask, if you could point me in the right direction how to officially get older C++ compiler 19.1. No other intel tools are needed. I need only the old classic compiler. The most cost effective solution is welcomed with at least 3 years of life expectancy.
Thank you in advance.

Hi Miroslav, please note that the older versions of Intel® Toolkits are not available publicly, only the latest version Intel® Toolkits and other latest products are available for download and installation.
Intel® has decided that Intel Compilers Versions: 2024.2.0 and earlier are not supported anymore. We urge users to upgrade to the latest version of Intel® developer tools. The unsupported versions do not include the latest functional and security updates. These versions are targeted to be removed after a period. We understand that this might be challenging, but it's important to note that the users with active priority support can only access older product versions.
For more information refer to the link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/release-notes/oneapi-supported-product-versions.htm, and scroll down to the Unsupported Product Version.
Intel® oneAPI users with active Intel Priority Support can access older versions via a secure portal you gain access to as part of your support subscription.

Ok. I understand you have a lot of questions like that. I've read this response many times at forum without proper details I'm looking for. Accepting a challenging situation with new 2024 compiler that results in 5 times slower code execution is not acceptable right now. Therefore I place a more direct yes/no question:
Could you please confirm, that if I buy 3 year subscription of OneAPI Base toolkit, I will be able to download, install and use Intel compiler 19.1 at least for 3 years of subscription?
Thank you in advance.
Mira V.
