I am in need of Intel Compilers 2021.3 (Intel C++ and Intel Fortran). Where can I download these or oneAPI Base and HPC Toolits 2021.3?

This is actually my issue. David is my co-worker and, no, no one has helped us yet. I believe he has provided our serial number for a previous download. Do you have a support center or is this forum the only way to get help? I am in need of Intel Compilers 2021.3 (Intel C++ and Intel Fortran). Where can I download these or oneAPI Base and HPC Toolits 2021.3? I can provide whatever else you need to get this support case moving.
