Hi

You closed my issue before I was able to resolve it. I can't even access the site: https://lemcenter.intel.com/ to try and download the software again with the new key. Please can someone advise me how I can access the software that was purchased from Intel to install on a new computer?

Thanks

Hi Eleanor, Kindly note that Intel® has decided that Intel® oneAPI Toolkits Versions: 2023.1.0 and earlier (like Intel® Parallel Studio XE 2020, 2019, 2018 etc..) are not supported anymore. For more information refer to the link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/release-notes/oneapi-supported-product-versions.htm, and scroll down to the Unsupported Product Versions.

As much as we would like to assist you, please note that the older versions are only available for those who have an active license or priority support.

As an exception, we went above and beyond to provide you the license file earlier to resolve the issue. However, any further assistance regarding it is currently out of our scope.

We suggest you to upgrade to the latest version of Intel® developer tools via link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/oneapi/toolkits.html#gs.4hu3gp. The unsupported versions do not include the latest functional and security updates. These versions are targeted to be removed after a period.

We have also sent you a private message related to your product license information as it contains confidential details regarding your license.

Hi Eleanor, unfortunately we were unable to hear back from you.

If you have any further query, please post a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel®.
