Intel Driver & Support Assistant failing to scan

Hi,

I have noticed for the past few weeks that DSA is only ever presenting the error 'Sorry, something went wrong while trying to scan.' and never actually scanning anything.

I have tried uninstalling / reinstalling, using a newly installed version of chrome, uninstalling everything relating to intel and manually reinstalling the drivers needed. However, nothing has changed, and I still receive this error.

Other than reinstalling windows, I cannot think of anything else, so I would welcome some assistance and suggestions please. I've attached several logs that may be helpful.
