Intel Fortran Redistributables 2019

Hello,

I am developing a GUI for a program, which uses: Intel(R) Visual Fortran Redistributables on Intel(R) 64 (ww_ifort_redist_intel64_2019.5.281.msi). I want to know what kind of EULA applies for these redistributables.

I was wondering if this redistributable is part of Parallel Studio XE, in such case is clear that the EULA is this: https://software.intel.com/content/dam/develop/external/us/en/documents/pdf/dpd-eula-for-intel-software-11-2-18-final.pdf

Somebody can help me, Is "Intel Fortran Redistributables 2019" part of Parallel Studio XE?

Hi RAS,

Yes, you are correct. The EULA primarily used with Intel® Parallel Studio is also used with Intel® Fortran Compiler.

However, please know, we do not provide guidance on the End User License Agreement and how people use the product. You will have to consult with your own legal department regarding it.
