Intel® Integrated Performance Primitives

Hi,

The application which I am working currently is developed in 2013 using the Speech codecs (ippSC) package of Intel IPP version 7.1. Now the requirement raised to port the application on to Linux.

As per my research in the latest IPP the package of Speech codecs has been removed. Tried using the Intel® IPP Legacy Libraries, but it throws lot of errors and undefined references.

Can someone help me to get the IPP version 7.1 both for windows and Linux..
