Intel Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition (c++ and fortran) registration

Hi,

I tried to register an Intel Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition (C++ and fortran) for windows named-user license but I don't receive the mail with the download instructions (I have checked spam folder).  

The serial number is not showed at https://registrationcenter.intel.com/ and I can't download old Parallel Studio versions.

 

I would like to register it (and other named user licenses that are still in maintenance and support). How can I proceed?

Hi Luis,


I have looked into the license registration issue. The licenses had been already approved by our internal team. However, they were not getting linked to your account.


I have worked on it and fixed two of your license registrations that I could find. For the rest of the mentioned concerns, I have created a support ticket since you have licenses with active support now. I will get back to you there soon.


You would be receiving our responses via emails or Online Service Center messages. You can reply to the emails or visit the Online Service Center to reply to us. You would also find your support ticket history after signing in to the Online Service Center.

Thank you Soumya. Now, I can view the registered products but I can't transfer the ownership to developers. 

 

When I try to do it, it says: "You do not have the necessary authority to complete the requested operation"  (I have tried as an adminstrator and as owner).  How do I proceed?

I would like to register other serial numbers and assign them to developers too.

Should I try to open tickets directly in the Online Service Center: https://supporttickets.intel.com/?lang=en-US?

Hi Luis, 


This is regarding the last update that you had provided for the forum post regarding the success in adding administrator and developer. Also, you would not have to create a new ticket regarding the registration issue of the five serial numbers. To avoid any confusion, and to assist you better, I am closing the forum thread; I am currently looking into the issue and will get back to you shortly on the support ticket that is currently open.
