Intel® Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran and C++ Linux download?

How do I download the current version of  Intel® Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran and C++ Linux?
The License is current in "Intel Registration Center - User Portal", but the only downloads available are for "Distributed Python for Linux", "Integrated Performance Primitives for Linux", "Math Kernel Library for Linux",  and "Threading Building Blocks for Linux".
