For a Never Registered - Never Installed - Intel Software Development Product:

Intel Visual Fortran Studio for Windows - Commercial - New License

How do I get the

Intel Registration Center to recognize the Intel Product Key ?

Jerry, we were unable to track down a license serial number with regards to the product.

Please note that this is a very old product. We have removed the older licenses from our database which is why we believe that you are not able to register the product. We have contacted you internally to gather some documents. Please respond internally as the information is non-public in nature.
