Intel Software licence manager

Hi,

 

We have a Intel Parallel Studio XE Composer X 2 floating licences that is working fine for those who use it.  I am trying to add a new user to the floating licence system using the usual floating licence licence file but its not connecting for some reason?

 

Any ideas
