Intel one api base toolkit and hpc toolkit 2021 or older version for ABAQUS 2021

Dear Team,

I am using a windows 11 computer. I would like to install intel one api base toolkit and Hpc toolkit (2021 or older versions should work) compatible with abaqus 2021. The latest 2023 version creates problems while using the user subroutines. Can you please provide me with the link to that?
