Intel oneAPI Base Toolkit (2022.1.2.146) Offline Install - wget Command

I would like to download the offline installer for the oneAPI Base Toolkit, version 2022.1.2.146. I cannot find the download available via the website. I figure using wget is my best bet.

Can someone provide me the appropriate command to run? Thank you!
