Intel oneAPI Base Toolkit &HPC Toolkit installation problems

Dear Support,

 

While installing the Toolkits, after I opened the '.exe' file in my computer I can not install it, beacuse I got an error message (attached). In the computer Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise 2019 Version 16.11.18 is installed.

 

I am waiting for your answer.

Likely you have old programs or registry entries blocking the install.  I have not seen this screen for a long time.  You can play for hours and fail or you can just reinstall Windows and then put vs on first and then ope api.  It is a pain, but if you computer has been running for a while the machine - according to stuff I read you have left over stuff.  

Look at the posts in this forum for the last few months and you will see similar problems.  But I never succeeded once I got this screen.
