Intel oneAPI Base Toolkit installation fail

Hi

I was getting the following error when I tried to install Intel oneAPI Base Toolkit, I'd appreciate if you could give me some advice on it! 

• Version of Microsoft Visual Studio installed is Visual Studio Community 2019.
• I am trying to download Intel oneAPI Base Toolkit 2024.1.0.
• No other versions of Intel® Parallel Studio XE or Intel® oneAPI already installed on the system.
• It is an online installer package. 
• Regarding the install log file, it doesn't seem to exist. Please see the screenshot I provided below.
