Intel oneAPI Base toolkit and Intel oneAPI HPC toolkit (version 2021.4)

Hello everyone,

I am trying to link abaqus 2022 with fortran compiler. it seems that Abaqus 2022 is not compatible with the latest version of Intel oneAPI(2023). that is way, I am looking for both Intel oneAPI Base toolkit and Intel oneAPI HPC toolkit (version 2021.4).

So, can anybody share the links to donwload this version?
