Intel products in a public Docker image

Hello,

My company uses Intel MKL (l_mkl_2018.3.222.tgz) and Intel MPI (l_mpi_2018.3.222) in its toolchain.

Are we legally allowed to push, on a public Docker Hub repository, a public Linux image containing theses products .

Thanks for your help !
