Intel support expired (a mistake?)

The Online Service Center redirected me here to seek assistance from Intel folks regarding the availability of priority support for me (and my company). I am really surprised by this - and I suspect there might be a glitch somewhere. Can someone from Intel follow up on this and contact me please?
