Intel yum repo GPG key problem

I have some automated Intel MPI installs using yum which started failing yesterday.

A manual equivalent is:

$ cat /etc/redhat-release
CentOS Linux release 8.3.2011

$ sudo yum-config-manager --add-repo https://yum.repos.intel.com/setup/intelproducts.repo
$ sudo rpm --import https://yum.repos.intel.com/intel-gpg-keys/GPG-PUB-KEY-INTEL-SW-PRODUCTS-2019.PUB
$ sudo yum list intel-mpi-2018.2.046

<GPG keys accepted, output snipped>

Errors during downloading metadata for repository 'intel-mpi-repo':
- Status code: 403 for https://yum.repos.intel.com/mpi/repodata/repomd.xml.asc (IP: 104.64.31.124)
