Latest UPDATE

When I tried to do the latest update using the control panel in windows, I got errors on the Fortran and C++ update.  It said to send the logs

Hi John, we would require few details which are as follows:

• Version of Microsoft Visual Studio installed along with it's build version.
• Any Standalone product installed on the system.
• OS build on which you are installing the product.
• Exact version of Intel® oneAPI Base toolkit.
• Other versions of Intel® Parallel Studio XE or Intel® oneAPI already installed on the system.
• Is the installer an online or an offline package? 
• Screenshot of the error while updating the product.
