License

I purchased perpetual license for Intel Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran and C++ Windows in 2016. Recently my computer got changed and I need to to reinstall it using license file, but i got the message "The license file provided is invalid". so I want to download the new license file but I cannot find license file anywhere in intel website.
