Obtaining the Parallel studio XE 2019

Hi,

I am an user of LS-DYNA UMAT.

To build the UMAT of LS-DYNA R13 solver, the environement of Intel parallel xe 2019 is needed.
Would you please tell me how to download this version of parallel xe?

I have already try oneapi hpc toolkit, but this is incompatible with the code of UMAT of dyna r13.

Jiawei, you would need a license to install the  Intel® Parallel Studio XE software.

If you were a developer who was part of our previous Student, Academic or Open Source Developer Tools program and wish to extend your existing license, please email your serial number and contact information to software_tools_request@intel.com to request a license.
