Does anyone have any guidance on how to do an offline install of microsoft visual studio that integrates the base and HPC toolkits? The IT install man can install VS and integrate the base and HPC kits interactively and if he has access to the internet. However, we wan't to install onto a machine that doesn't internet access for security reasons. This seems to be causing a problem because it seems that internet access is required by the install script he has made.
Any ideas how we get round this. We are integrating Fortran and C++ (I think) into MSVS 2023 (or it could be 2022).
Thanks.
