Offline installation of oneAPI Basekit fails

I am using vs 2022 version 17.8.3 with offline intel inspector installer w_inspector_oneapi_p_2024.2.0.20_offline.exe in my windows server 2019 OS without any internet connection. After the installation, I received an error saying that.

WARNING : Product configuration is not finished successfully. Integration in IDE(s) might be in incomplete state or custom post-install/remove actions might fail.
