Old version of compiler

Hello,

I am trying to install the the following compilers

I have the visual studio professional software and I have simply donwloaded the oneAPI HPC and Base toolkit. The toolkits have the latest version of fortran compilers whereas i require the 2019 release. What should be done in such case, from where can i download the 2019 release
