OneAPI Basekit + HPC version 2022.2.0 download files needed

I could not find the 2022.2.0 version of the oneapi (basekit and HPC) download files on the intel portal. Could someone please help me locate these files for offline installation on my Linux system (SLES 15 SP3)?
