OneAPI Installation Error

Hello, I downloaded the offline OneAPI Base Toolkit and when I configured all 5 steps and started to install, the error shown below occurred.

It seems to be my network connection problem? Or the problem was out of my installation path?

The log file is also uploaded.

• Version of Microsoft Visual Studio installed along with it's build version.
• OS build on which you are installing the product.
• Exact version of Intel® oneAPI Base toolkit.
• Other versions of Intel® Parallel Studio XE or Intel® oneAPI already installed on the system.

To assist you further, we would require these details.

Thank you, actually it's my friend's problem, and he decided to adopt another solution and use VS 2013, so this question no longer exist.
